Support the Cardiology Services Manager in the efficient running of the department. Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety. Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care.
Work well with consultants who are experts in their field. Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery. Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety and infection prevention.

As Lead Cardiology Nurse at The Manor Hospital, Oxford, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC
With excellent leadership and communication skills, you hold post-registration experience in the care of cardiology patients, both in an outpatient and diagnostic setting, including pre assessment and workload organisation
You will have experience caring for patients pre and intra operatively in our Cardiac Catheter Lab/intervention Suite
