Renal Dietitian

This role offers the opportunity to work as a Band 5 Renal Dietitian in a very friendly and supportive renal dietetics team based at the Kent & Canterbury Hospital.

You will become a member of the renal multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and be responsible for the nutritional management of patients with kidney disease under the care of Kent Kidney Care Centre.

The job role requirements include;

• 4-year BSc degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics or Equivalent

• Demonstrate interest in renal dietetics/experience of renal dietetics

• Ability to conduct nutritional assessment and device nutrition care plans

• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, organisational and basic IT skills
